I was told that previous years people actually went down in blow-up dingies from Wal-Mart, but I’d recommend something a little more durable, and definitely wear a lifejacket. There will be safety boats following everyone incase help is needed. I’m planning to use my inflatable kayak.

Hello. The 2010 paddle is near and we have an extra canoe to rent for the paddle (asking $20 or whatever you can give to cover our work to bring it to the launch site and pack it home again).
